iPhone 3GS 16GB upgraded to iOS 5.0.1 -

I bought this iPhone on eBay in December as a Christmas present for my husband. On Christmas day he received this phone and an iPhone 4 from his brother. Needless to say he decided to keep the iPhone 4, hence the reason for selling this phone. The phone is in good condition. It has a few light scratches on front and back. I have noticed that the small button on the side to put the phone on silent mode does not work. The volume controls still work. There is a small crack on the plastic close to where you put phone to charge and also one where you plug in headset. You can still charge the phone and use the headset. It has been upgraded to iOS 5.0.1. The phone is locked to "3" network. The phone comes in original box with headset but no charger. No time wasters please.
